During those cold winter days, semi private dining is available in the south dining room by a roaring fire at the DTC location (seats up to 50).
For larger gatherings the main dining room is also an option or both the DTC and Evans locations (seats up to 100).
Private to Semi Private Patio
The large and inviting patio at the DTC location is great for a warm summer day or evening party (seats up to 60).

Fajita Bar
The Fajita Bar offers a choice of rib-eye steak, pork chops, chicken breast or shrimp prepared over an open flame and serviced with grilled onions and peppers. Also included in this bar is a delicious assortment of favorite sides such as sour cream and fresh made Pico de Gallo and guacamole.
Taco Bar
The Taco Bar features a choice of ground beef, shredded beef or chicken serviced with both soft and hard taco shells. The taco bar also includes heaping bowls of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and shredded cheese.
Burrito Bar
The Burrito Bar provides a choice of ground beef, shredded beef or chicken burritos smothered with La Fogatas special 10-hour homemade green chili and serviced alongside rice and beans.
Fajita Burrito Bar
The Fajita Burrito Bar offers a choice of marinated favorites such as grilled rib-eye steak, chicken breast, pork chops or shrimp. These delicious choices are all prepared over an open flame with grilled onions and peppers. The fajita burritos are served smothered with La Fogatas special 10-hour homemade green chili.
Desserts
Cinnamon sopapillas served a la mode or with honey. Homemade custard (flan) is also a popular selection.
Vegetarian
Many of La Fogatas dishes can be prepared vegetarian upon request.
Entertainment
A La Fogata catering manager can arrange for one of Denver's best Mariachi bands to perform at any gathering. In-house and offsite appearances are available at reasonable rates.
